John did return, spent approx. two hours checking the association's roofs and, thankfully for us, found no further problems. I was delighted and told him to send me a bill for his time. Dear Dave and Randy,
Thank you for the quality roofing job your group did on my house. I knew it was going to be quality work when Dave came out to estimate the job. He didn't just walk around the house and give a guess estimate. He went up on the roof and made a drawing of what he was planning to do. He then explained to my wife and me the materials and how he was going to do it. (Example: the roof manufacturer recommends 4 nails per shingle Dave stated they were going to us 6 because we live on Grand Traverse Bay which has high winds).
I also cannot say too much about the crew that did the job, they protected all my wife's flowers and laid down tarps to collect all the debris from the old roof. It was a pleasure to experience how hard the crew worked and got along together, I then knew the job was going to be an absolute first rate job and it was.

I would like to take a moment to comment on the gentlemen who performed the work at my home at 13th St.
All of the Mariage crew members were very friendly, professional and courteous during the project.
I was very impressed by the fact that all of the crew members were working all of the time. No one was idle unless it was during a regular work break.
The work they performed was excellent. The attention to detail, fit, and finish has added not only to the longevity of my home, but also to the value and the street appeal of the residence as a whole. Cheri and I have received many positive compliments on the house since the completion of the roof project.
The workers cleaned up all materials and trash, and even replaced some the garden pieces that had to be removed to allow placement of ladders.

Dear Dave,
I wanted to take a minute to write this letter to you and express our appreciation of the great job your company did in replacing the roof.
Because of the amount of investment we were making in the roof replacement we knew it was going to be very important to select a good contractor for the work. We didn't know where to turn because Jodi and I did not personally know any residential roofing contractors. I called Terri at Springfield Roofing because I knew they had a good reputation for doing Commercial roofing and asked them who they'd recommend for a residential roofer. They recommended Mariage Roofing without hesitation. I am so glad they did!
You were so good to work with in helping us select a shingle color. The fact that you took the time to go up on the roof and place samples of each color so we could look at them was great! You made us feel as though we were the only customer on your mind and that meant a lot to us. Your work crew also did a great job and was all very nice to deal with. The thing I really liked is how much time was taken to protect our flowers, shrubs and garage door so they were not at risk of being damaged in any way.........Also the crew cleaned up after themselves every night! You don't see that kind of care much these days with some contractors.
